Horrible experience!! Bank system going “down” and not able to use $1 of my money. Especially when I’m at work tired, sweating and can’t even buy a water bottle at the store. On top of the “no telling” when it’s going to be back or no notifications that it is back online. So much to improve here.

RecommendedThere is seemingly no other banking institution that can beat the Customer Service at UHCU, the friendly and helpful people who work there MUST have to pass the " great people only" test, never have I been disappointed doing business with them! Although everyone on the UHCU team are wonderful to work with, Belenda Barta, is a great asset and helps to identify that UHCU is definitely "cream of the crop" "salt of the earth" and simply THE BEST!!!
