I would strongly discourage anyone from using United Heating and Plumbing. We had our entire HVAC system replaced less than three years ago, and the ac unit has already broken down four different times. A system this new should not be failing repeatedly. The last time the owner, Matt, came out to repair it in April, we told him we were concerned that the air conditioner itself might be defective because of the constant problems. I would say it is the best plumbing company in Washington Township. I really appreciate how professionally they handled the work.

Matt came in a couple years ago and installed a full new HVAC system in my house. This year I noticed that it wasn't as cold as it should be. I called him in and he admitted it was likely a mistake they had made installing and it created a small leak. He recharged the system so we had AC while he could schedule us for the repair. Weeks went by. I talked to him and he said he'd call me that evening when he got home to schedule. That never happened. He is now blocking my calls. I called United this morning about a noise our furnace was making, I was concerned since the weather is so cold about it breaking down. The owner, Matt; is so knowledgeable to talk with on the phone, he was on another job but sent Joel over to my house to check out my furnace within 3 hours. I was so pleased & amazed at the quick response; I figured it would be several days to get someone here.
