Actually, I give them zero stars. I am so tired of calling with questions or needing assistance, only to get a call center overseas. There is a huge language barrier, not to mention the times I have been misinformed by the call center people. Why do I have to go through this??
I wish I could give no stars the pcp on my card is a Nephrologist who is not a pcp but a kidney specialistevery pcp in the book is not even a pcp they all have different specialties. Nobody has answers.
