Dear o dear - this company (their boses) are something else They are not covering costs - and you won't believe on what excuse: 'you have another insurance active' they say, even though that is not the case, and the other insurance confirmed to them this is not the case. They put you from one person to the next - hours and hours on the phone - ruthless

This review is for their ON-LINE Customer Service Agents. This is one of the worst companies in America to try to accomplish a simple task. As an American customer, I expect to be able to speak to someone who can speak ENGLISH, not someone in a foreign country who only THINKS they speak English. With today's digital technologies and foreigner's rapid speach and accented dialects it is often impossible to have a fluid conversation.
