Terrible. They refuse to cover a medication . They are NOT medical professionals- your doctor is and if your doctor prescribes a medication clearly you need it. Me doctor did a prior authorization too and it was still denied. It’s a basic remedial concept. Someone pays for insurance coverage- they go to doctor- doctor prescribes- insurance covers and or pays partial and you pay copay. Do better. If you are an employer seeking a new insurance company for your employees stay clear. If you have any choice do not pick United !!
