I used your insurance with OrthoNY. And all they did was give me problems. The pa was arguing with me, doesn't read reports to patients calls patients 2 hours before appointment and tells them not to come in. Really toxic individuals like thrane and flik, Ansari. Hope others using your insurance doesn't have to go through that Bullshit. Even put me in an mri machine with my belt on. Luckily I stopped him before he started the test!.......hope they aren't fraudsters. But im just explaining MY experience with the toxic facilit... read more

I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with these people because they are unable to open and answer an emergency email sent by my company. They failed to read the prior email and now are refusing to enroll me in my insurance in a timely manner and I am having a medical emergency. This has been two weeks of fighting them for something that should have taken 48 hours. Absolutely horrible. Horrible, horrible horrible. This insurance is useless but yet they want to be paid but they won't pay you or participate with anybody. The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with do not waste your money. Go with somebody else. Nobody there has a freaking clue what they're talking about. Been on the phone for 15 hours now this week
