If your employer uses United Health or Optum and you have a choice to opt out of or not pay for your employers healthcare, DO IT. Choose a private or different insurance or go with your spouse’s. This insurance company is the worst. Their customer service is outsourced and they are unhelpful and ignorant to anything you ask. They couldn’t even comprehend that i was requesting to opt out of marketing and further correspondence after my accounts have been closed for years and I still get mail from them.
