Pharmacy ran out of medication. I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy and explained what happened but United denied me medication. They said it was too soon to refill a prescription disregarding what I told them about the pharmacy across the street being out. I’m canceling my plan. This is ridiculous. You should never deny someone medication. Atleast give me some to take for today so i don’t skip a day while things get sorted out. I’m out of luck until tomorrow

This address is NOT a legit UnitedHealthcare. My office is in this building, in this exact suite the past three years and there is no UHC anywhere near here. The picture is literally a picture of my office side door. Do not do business with the people at this phone number. I've called to try and clear it up thinking maybe it's an innocent mistake but when I bring up the location and all the mail I have for them, they hang up on me. They're just trying to get your SSN. They're running a scam.

Hours on the phone, half a day this Jan 2019 to work out a pharmacy glitch from Nov 2018, with inaccessible pre auth RX folks, so deductible can be paid. Having to double pay my $150 annual today for one RX med...grrrr

Let me start out by saying I know we don't have many choices but here is what you'll get with UHC. Your premiums will increase 25%+ per year (best case) and they will cover less and less. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and found out the hard way that they will change your Rx coverage in the middle of the year. Hard to believe but true. They were covering Lantus insulin (I need insulin to live) up to a certain point then you go into the pharmacy and they tell you it's no longer covered.
