Why have I been on hold with United Healthcare customer service for over 45 minutes, with no one picking up the phone? Initially, the robo-voice stated that I would be helped in less than 10 minutes. I always feel that a situation like this speaks volumes about a company’s sensitivity toward its customers.
Thanks for negotiating a bad deal with patients who depend on Johns Hopkins for healthcare. You overcharge, delay, defer, and are not good stewards of the premiums paid. I will move on.
