Thanks for negotiating a bad deal with patients who depend on Johns Hopkins for healthcare. You overcharge, delay, defer, and are not good stewards of the premiums paid. I will move on.

Without any notification, United Healthcare terminated my plan yet continued to accept my premium payments for three months. They fail to negotiate contracts with major healthcare networks. Website has a poor userface and the company is cash broke.
Reps never know how to assist you when you call in for assistance and each one tells you something different every time you call about the same questions.
