I wish zero stars existed! We left our old insurance and got this insurance when my husband got a new job years ago. We went from having small co pays and RARE extra out of pocket bills to then getting united health care and now having medical debt! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE. even with the company paying part of it, we are still paying 4 figures a month for coverage and bills! When I called UHC national number they transferred me 3 times to somewhere else! I even asked for a warm call they still did transferred me to the general que! So, I couldn’t go anywhere! I m upset and I definitely go back to Humana for better benefits!
