Doctors have zero patience with you. Today Dr. Bettencourt became frustrated and snappy with me because we kept going in circles about symptoms and possible treatments. I called in and was transferred to them twice and they still hung up on me. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. Other UHC office pick up my call. This is the only place I experienced them hanging up on me multiple times. Besides that, I like the OB doctors there.

Do not go here go somewhere else! Came 6/25/2025 for an optometry appointment for my 11 year old son and after checking in and waiting for 30 minutes was told the optometrist couldn't see him and needed to be rescheduled for the appointment that I had booked months prior due to it being a long process to dilate his eyes because he's a "child" so it takes longer. Mind you the next appointment is 2 months out. Unprofessional place what a waste of my time. This place is a joke!
