Dr.lee basically called me a liar about my own medical history from a previous doctor but thinks she knows exactly what’s wrong with me without doing any testing or imaging. Dr. Loa was rude too. I like my new doctor here and it’s always clean
Whoever is front desk that answers the phone calls, has no type of customer service. Her tone was very rude and sounded like she just wanted to get it over with, super unprofessional, do better.
Have a good system going...only thing I dont like is you can only be seen for one thing at a time so DONT HAVE MULTI issues j/s.🤷♀️SMH 🤔💋💯
Please go to a different location, trying to get an appointment with these guys is insane. Trying to get a phone appointment with them is even harder, they will say at 11:30 tomorrow? You reply and they won’t confirm it until 1 the next day. Oh and when they do confirm, you’ll never get the call and they will say they been “trying”
