The MAs are rude the ones that are taking the vitals horrible they have no communication they are like robots. They are in such a hurry and tell you go back to the waiting room.
Wait time is horrible and bedside manners need to be retaught. Someone in a previous review mentioned the same issue with Dr. Bettancourt of overlooking symptoms and not taking a tone of understanding with the patient. I called and when transferred no one answered…of course. The corporate office then told me they would email there office so I could speak with the manager and discuss my concerns as a patient, they never reached back out. Signed in on the tablet as I walked in, was called up to check in right away, and seen within 5 minutes. I did have an appointment, but everything was quick and smooth
Average wait time vary from 10 min to 30 min to be seen. Not too bad because it pretty big and even with alot of people. It does go pretty fast. My Dr which is Dr Lao he listen and seem to care about my health compare to other Dr. Only downfall I don't like is the ppl doing lab. Seem like they don't know what they doing. Got poke both arm a total of 4 times than my hand just to get some blood. So in total I got poke 5 time. They need some more experience ppl doing that instead of someone just out of school doing it.
Dr.lee basically called me a liar about my own medical history from a previous doctor but thinks she knows exactly what’s wrong with me without doing any testing or imaging. Dr. Loa was rude too
