First time here. Walked in, front desk immediately starts yelling at those in line to sign in at the kiosk. Someone walks up to ask a question and she yells questions and concerns need to be signed in at the kiosk. I sign in at the kiosk wait 45 min finally go up and ask what is taking so long and I'm told I'm at the wrong office, specialty is next door. If they have different offices, next door to each other, they should get rid of the kiosk and rude receptionist and let ppl go up and ask questions. *currently listening to ... read more
By far the BEST experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. I needed to find a new primary care physician ASAP, so just took a shot in the dark with UHC. I got lined up with Dr. Camarena through their clinic. I showed up to my first appointment 30 mins early, and the receptionist was very nice and informative. I filled out my paperwork, and was called back 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. That has never happened to me before. Crystal, the medical assistant was AMAZING. Worst experience at the urgent care for my son with the receptionist… not only once but twice… the cholita tatted up with no eyebrows and the awful attitude. The dr was nice though. I excused the first interaction as a bad day (we all have them)… but to laugh at my autistic son who is in pain after the dr ordered an xray so we went back to get it and she laughed and told him you can’t just get an xray 🤦♀️ I said okay well, the dr ordered it and told us to come back and get it. I am so furious because my daughter came here to see a dentist. She already have anxiety going to dr offices and one of the Asian male dentist assistant was so unprofessional. He made a rude comment about her teeth to her. AND even said “ew.” She is not confrontational so she just left embarrassed. Why would a medical professional say such thing?
