I love my dr and it is a really nice place but I wish it wasn’t so frustrating and hard to get a hold of the drs or anyone in general just to get a refill of my prescription, you would have to make a whole appointment and sometimes the appointments are far away by two weeks and I already ran out of my prescription , so no way to get it or a hold of anyone . There’s a option to request a refill but no one answers that either , they really need to fix that issue it’s so frustrating

United Health Centers has a wide variety of healthcare services which also include dental. I've only had the chance to use the dentistry department on the second floor and they are A1 top notch. Downstairs is a large comfortable waiting room for patients who are there for appointments with doctors and RNs for other healthcare needs.

Well you can't get a direct line to the office or the doctor to talk to them. You have to go thro the 800 # hen they transfer you to wrong services. Which then transfer you back to 800 #. Ok still no dr. Well the reason for all that is they don't want you to talk to dr. Cause dr. Puts down when HE wants your inhaler refilled. Not when you need it. But when he oks it. You can't call him in tell him cause you can't get thro to him . If you have major health issues like my. COPD ya not a good place.
