SCAM NUMBER DO NOT CALL DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THEM. I WAS CALLIN TO GET TRANSPORTATION UNDER THE INSURANCE AND THEY ASKED FOR MY DEBIT CARD. WHICH I DIDNT THINK WAS WEIRD BECAUSE MAYBE THERES A DISCOUNTED CHARGE WITH THE INSURANCE. BUT NO THEY CHARGED ME SOMETHING FROM DOCWELL AND I LOOKED IT UP AND IT WAS A SCAM. REPORT THIS NUMBER TO THE FTC
I needed a UHC address and was on the phone with a least 5 different people. I go confusing information from a representative who ended up telling me I was talking with the wrong department. I couldn't understand 2 of the representatives at all because the connection was so bad. I dealt with them for 2 hours and at the end of it all, I still didn't have an address. POOR SERVICE doesn't begin to describe the situation.
Their website is broken, so I was unable to learn the benefits of my plan. I tried to contact their helpdesk to tell them that their website was broken, but the helpdesk website is broken. Eventually, I was able to contact someone via phone, and that person was helpful in answering my questions.
They list certain mental health meds as covered yet require some special authorization before they cover it. I have had 2 doctors tell me the meds are covered and am still working out how to get that authorization. It's outrageous there should be any other authorization above a prescription from a doctor. It's a seriously low move on this companies considering these are the meds that seriously impact mental health. This number? They tried to scam me. I called it for a replacement card, and the man kept trying to get my bank info. I have state insurance.
