The Imaging Bureau stinks...and I never got a chance to use their service! It started with me getting a quote for magazines and setting up a print job with them. My company contacted these people for over 2 weeks, and while our account representative tried to help, he didnt know anything about "preflight" settings and sent us to the preflight department. These guys in the preflight department are total bozos. Trying to get correct settings for our design software and for the pdf settings were like trying to pull teeth. We go... read more
