Horrible experience. The woman who works there yelled at me after calling me a week earlier telling me to pick up glass that I had purchased and ordered. They never gave me my team’s that I purchased. It’s terribly run operations nd the person was nasty and yelled at me and stole from me. I have to call the bank to cancel payment to stop them from robbing me. DONT GO TO UNITED. Terrible experience all around. They don’t Respect people’s time. Wayy better glad options in queens.

As a custom furniture company, we look for reliable and quality vendors. United Glass has delivered every time with high-quality pieces, fast turnaround times with a friendly staff that goes above and beyond. They're our go-to for custom glass pieces and they offer a variety of different types such as fluted glass frosted surfaces, they even water jet cut custom shapes. I can always rely on them if I come in with a template that I will get exactly what Im looking for at a very reasonable price.

Extremely rude woman named Tina answers the phone and then does not do any work. She promised to send samples, did not do the work for 2 weeks and then when calling to follow-up, she says they don't really send samples (even if we want to hire them for the work). It is a shame to have this type of person representing the company when dealing with contractors. STAY AWAY!!!

I recently had a custom glass tabletop made by United Glass, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mike was especially helpful throughout the entire process—professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. This place has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. They close at 5 but the girls at the front leave at 4pm. I bought a piece of glass from them then needed it to be recut again and brought it back to them and they don’t even call you back to let you know if it’s ready or not, what type of service is that?
