Extremely rude woman named Tina answers the phone and then does not do any work. She promised to send samples, did not do the work for 2 weeks and then when calling to follow-up, she says they don't really send samples (even if we want to hire them for the work). It is a shame to have this type of person representing the company when dealing with contractors. STAY AWAY!!!

This place has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. They close at 5 but the girls at the front leave at 4pm. I bought a piece of glass from them then needed it to be recut again and brought it back to them and they don’t even call you back to let you know if it’s ready or not, what type of service is that?

If you call someone for a window repair, and you are literally around the corner from them and they want to charge you $200 just to come see it. Would you use this company for anything? My answer to you is no. That is exactly what happened to me. I had a window that is having a problem going up and down. I called them because I I’d like to support local businesses and they are right literally around the corner. He told me in order for the installer to come out “there” It will cost $200.
