A piece of siding fell off a month after Kerry and his team replaced it and he has not stood by his work. He told me the wind must have blown it off and he would charge me $150 to fix it. When I said that I will gladly pay him if he determines that this was not an issue with poor installation, he ghosted me. So now I’m trying to find someone to fix it and hoping the rest of the siding won’t fall off.
Kerry was prompt in arriving and went above and beyond using his expertise and attention to detail regarding our roof repair. He has helped my wife’s family on several minor and major repairs over the course of 10 years. I would not hesitate to invite him back to resolve any future needs. Thank you again - James
