called and ask for a torsion spring for my garage. the call taker ask me to hold and after a few minutes he was back on phone i stated my objective again . the torsion spring his reply and I QUOTE " NO SPEAKEE ENGLISH" may be he really didnt have one or really isnt that proficient in spring technology , but he pulled out the old stereotype of Im just a dumb none english speaking vender what a shame I had thought we as a human race was past all these ignorant beliefs

My experience with United Garage Door has been amazing. The staff was very helpful and got me an appointment to fix my garage door within 24hrs. The technician Ryan was fantastic, he didn’t push me to get anything that we didn’t need and explained everything perfectly. Thank you so much Ryan! Our garage door was poorly installed and we started having problems once the winter started. We contacted United Garage Door and they did a fantastic job. The repair tech fixed the problem we had and he recommended the reinstall of the garage door at a decent cost. We had him come again and he reinstalled the door. It works well and we are happy with it. They provided excellent service and the charges are reasonable. I will use this company again and again for all the garage door problems.

I called United Garage Doors and explained the problem. Bryan was at my house quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and explain it to me clearly. He quoted a fair price and fixed it very quickly. He also gave me maintenance instructions and I really appreciate that. The garage door opens and closes smoothly and is very quiet. I highly recommend this company.

I just had my garage door springs replaced today by UGDS. The repair personnel was very professional and did the job very fast.
