My car was stuck inside my garage. I called United Garage Door and they had my car out in no time at all. So I guess I had a broken garage door spring. I was having a really bad morning. As you can imagine. After I called United Garage Door the office had me very calm. They explained this type of thing happens and not to worry.

Thank you UGDR!! My car was trapped in my garage and I could not open the garage door to get my car out. Called around and UGDR was able to come out right away. Eli came out and quickly found the issue. Eli informed my springs were broken and that is why I could not lift the garage door. He was able to replace them quickly and got my garage door working like new again! Thanks, Eli and Thanks UGDR for your quick response!

UGDR Garage Door Repair of Henderson came out in my time of need! I was rushing to the airport and my car was stuck in the garage! I could not get my garage door to open!! Went to leave and my garage door would not open. Called United and the guy picked up was very polite and promised to have a technician out to my home within the hour. To my surprise 20 minutes later, I received a courtesy call from them and was told Eli was on his way. Eli showed on time as promised and showed me right away my problem was the springs. This is my first review I have ever written for someone and I believe this company deserves it. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked with the prices on our repairs with us to fit our needs. They explained every small detail that they needed to do and I appreciated that instead of someone just coming over telling us what needed to be fixed and a price they took the time to explain it in further detail. Even gave me some tips on keeping up the garage door. Two thumbs way up

I really am happy with the service these guys provided. I needed new panels and a few other things done to my garage door as well. They came out at 7pm on a Sunday and took care of everything I needed done. The cost was fair and the professionalism of the tech was great. Very good business will use them again.

My garage door kept going up on it's own so I called a few companies and had them give me estimates. After having two other companies come over and give me crazy estimates and tell me about all the parts I needed to replace, the technician from United came over took a look at things and told me my opener simply needed reprogramming. Excellent service, great people, great prices! The ladies in the office were really great and I didn't expect anything less from the tech and was not disappointed upon his arrival. The work was done quick, professionally, and the prices were really reasonable. I would call them back if I ever have any issue again with my garage door. Thanks again!
