Just got a house from this company I will say I was uneducated about buying houses but needed to move out my current situation and this opportunity did just that but being I didn’t get a home inspection by a professional the house is costing thousands of dollars $6 k for the heat and nearly $1000 for the plumbing that’s if they can fix it for that price and I already put $5k down and there cometic damage which I was aware of that will cost $3k but the $7k I didn’t intent on spending to anyone trying to buy a house don’t buy ... read more
Bunch of scammers cold calling people. I was cold called about my “loan application” and asked to be removed from their list because I never applied for a loan and still got calls about it frequently after. Buyer beware if it seems too good to be true it likely is exactly that. No reputable loan company cold calls people about loan applications they never even submitted and they should be ashamed of themselves for using these kind of tactics.
