Thomas McKeen has called me 2-3x/wk. since June of last year. Nine months later I have yet to answer his call and he still calls me. Not sure where he got my number or why he is calling me, but I'll give it to the guy, he's pretty relentless. Obviously this number is blocked, but my god, find someone else to bother.

Loved getting to meet everybody here. Got the whole tour and to work with knowledgeable professionals. It’s clear that they know and are passionate about what they do.
Was totally ghosted after 3 meetings to franchise. Every time I have called to complain I get forwarded to a generic voice-mail. Would not do business with them. Completely unprofessional.
