I have been attending this bootcamp just under one year. I love the classes because they really challenge me. Although I have been attending almost one year, each class is challenging. The 5am trainer, Josh, is a wonderful trainer. He is very patient and understanding. He treats us with the utmost respect. I was referred to this gym by someone and now I would like to pay it forward by inviting you to come check it out☺️.

A little over a year ago I joined United Fitness and really quickly I knew I found my new fitness home. Josh (owner) and staff are great at what they do. They show patience when needed, but push you when they know you can go more. I was 100% satisfied. Then I signed up for Josh's challenge!!!!! OMG!!! Talk about leveling up on my fitness journey!!! Whole staff is friendly and genuinely cares about my progress. Everyone is so friendly, well worth it.
Dope gym. Way better than the corporate owned gyms like these. Family owned and operated. Love it. 10/10 recommend!
