Cuong did amazing work on my back deck putting in new beam, post and stair railings, as the old ones were cracked and crushing. He was very communicative and on time, and everything looks great!!! Highly recommend using him.
Update The owner of the company called me today and apologized for the miscommunication issues. He promised to give further coaching to his staff about the issue. I was very pleased with this resolution. Very nice person. Are you kidding me? The job was completed a month after reporting it.
