The installation seemed quick and the price was fair. The fence was built too close to hill on one side of the yard and is now gaping in parts and will eventually fall over. Over the past 2 1/2 weeks between my husband and i we have called 4 times to try to get assistance only to be told first that they would come out and look at it and give us a call which never happened. Fence was installed, when paying for it I informed them one of the gates was difficult to open and close, they stated they would promptly be out to adjust it. Two months and 7+ phone calls later, gate still isn't right. Spend your money elsewhere, this company does not stand by their product.
This company was great getting started on my new fence and then collecting their full price the day they finished. A few weeks later I noticed my gates needed adjusting and from there my dealings with this company suck. They have ZERO customer service skills when it comes to follow up. Took numerous calls on my part to get anyone back to my house...they don't do any calling, even to say they are not coming when they said they would. They did modify my gate but again I'm having issues...back to calling them every week trying ... read more
No problems with this company.
Called United when a competitor appeared they didn't want to make some money. United came out, measured, checked utilities, and when I came home from work the fence was done. The price was right in our budget. Quality of work was good. There was one gap that they said they would come back and fill in but I guess they forgot. Over all my experience was good.
it started off well, with a quick measurement, explaination of what they would do, and a price. Then they said they would be there in two days. Good, I'm ok with that. Then they don't show up. They don't call saying they can't make it. They come 3 days later. The crew was told to build a fence I didn't want. I had to drive the crew chief to a yard that had the fence I wanted before they got it. But they built it right, and it looks good.
