You can't make loan payments early, and only have a short window of time to make it without fees. Also very short window of time to roll over CDs. Our questions were met with snarky replies, until we went to close our accounts, and the teller was downright rude. She had difficulty with the system, so we had to wait quite a while, but we accepted that. But she did it all in a back room, then pretty much slapped the receipts on the counter, didn't bother to explain what she did so we could verify it was all correct. Terrible c... read more

My husband and have been members for many years. United Federal staff have always been very helpful and nice to do business with. I give them 5 stars!!
