I’ve been a member with United for about 10 years now. By far the easiest bank around to have to deal with, the friendliest and the best interest rate rates around. I’d also like to mention that I banked at the one on Ireland Road. 👍🏻👍🏻
Sophia made the refinancing process easy! She was readily available to answer all of our questions. Her commitment to customer service is second to none. She answered questions quickly (even after hours and weekends!). We sincerely appreciate all the help she provided to us! Would HIGHLY recommend!
Had a terrible experience for home loan. Credit score is excellent and Sophia told us we needed to be united federal credit union members to qualify. We did take membership then she mentioned you still not qualify due to not been established members. 😂 We were not treated fairly. They make up reason for not approving loans. Also, we are in Escrow and she wasted 5-7 days of crucial time.
