We were recommended by some friends and went to this branch, we worked with Sophia to open up our accounts. She was GREAT! About 1.5 years after, we were looking around for mortgage loans and we also got to work with Sophia as she just started the new role as mortgage advisor. She had been so helpful since literally day one! We love this branch and bank, their app is awesome, which was the main reason we wanted to switch over. We have not a hand a single problem and forever thankful we made the change to United!
The debit card dispute department has really given me the run around. I called a few times to follow up. I was told there were no notes on my dispute and that it could take 90 days. Then I was told I received a letter at which point I explained that I recently moved. The next thing I know they overdraft my account and added a fee with no further attempt to contact me even though I was doing my due diligence and had provided my email, phone number and updated address.
