The agents that verify automobile insurance are absolutely ridiculous- I just sat on the phone for 1 hour and 3 minutes arguing about having comprehensive insurance on my plan (which I did, but was being told I didn't.) I pulled up my declaration pages to again be told that I didn't have it even though I'm telling them the amount that I pay and the deductible amount. Never in my life have I encountered such a frustrating experience when attempting to withdraw **my** own money from **my** own account, an account clearly linked to **my** identification. As a loyal customer, I anticipate that even the most routine of transactions, like withdrawing cash, would proceed with the utmost transparency and respect.
