I have called 651 241 1000 for five days in a row and waited on hold for over 30 minutes to try and make an appointment and no one picks up. I'm done with this place!!!!!!
they have alot of problems at this clinic my medicine never getting refilled can get a hold of any one almost sixteen yrs going here but somthin changed for the worst I hope they get rid and fix the problems comon board members wake up wake up
After four years of being told by two “almost doctors” and a physician that there was nothing wrong with my knees and I “just needed to walk more” even though I told them it was painful just to stand, AND being ridiculed by a horrible lab tech for putting on weight, I left UFM and found a physician and orthopedist who believed I was in pain. I was @ United Family medicine yesterday becuz that is the clinic I have gone to since 1985. My clinic is the best place to go if you are in need of a good clinic. My Dr. Dr. Inoue is the most caring Dr. I Kno. Don't get me wrong, all the staff are amazing.they are patient n always putting your needs 1st. If u want a clinic you can put your trust n family in, United Family is the place to go. U r not going to find another better staff that always treat u with respect, weather u are able to pay or not, they are there for you.... read more
