Very professional and courteous staff. Nice environment and extremely friendly & understanding. I've had a great experience with United Family Dental. I can't think of 1 bad thing to say. I'd definitely recommend Dr Ng to anyone if it came up
My mother visited Dr Peter Lo many years ago. She recommended him to me after my crown kept coming off from visiting a different dental office. After a quick google search I found out he now works at United Family Dentist. Happy to say after going to this office and speaking to him in regards to having my crown redone I felt very at ease. The expertise is superb. You won’t feel alone or apprehensive about what treatment you needed and as recommended. It will be two way process. We get to be open in a friendly conversations. Highly recommended! I got back my teeth ! Dr. Song is a virtuoso in the dental room! The treatment was a fine art!
I was recommended by my aunt to come here and I’m so glad I did!! Everyone is sooo friendly, from the front desk, dental assistant & Dr Lo my experience was exceptional!! The Dr is so patient, & explains what’s happening answering any questions you might have. The level of care, cleanliness & efficiency offered here are not to be taken for granted. My visit was really great. I had a history of bad dentists that traumatized me so I was kind of anxious. Dr. Peter Lo and his office staff put me at ease. Everyone was so courteous and kind. I feel like he was a straight shooter about my situation and didn't try to pressure me into anything. He presented all of my options clearly. I highly recommend this office! Rare to find these days.
