I was recommended by my aunt to come here and I’m so glad I did!! Everyone is sooo friendly, from the front desk, dental assistant & Dr Lo my experience was exceptional!! The Dr is so patient, & explains what’s happening answering any questions you might have. The level of care, cleanliness & efficiency offered here are not to be taken for granted. I was searching for a new dentist to go to and was very pleased with my recent visit! My cleaning with Dr. Lo was very pleasant and thorough. Also, found out I had a fractured tooth and needed a filling. He was nice enough to squeeze me in the next day so I can fix this ASAP! The filling procedure was very painless, explained thoroughly, and very attention to detail. Staff are all very friendly, never a wait time, clean, and very professional!
I had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely respectful and friendly.Dr. is absolutely fabulous. He is so kind and professional .He kept on asking me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay and did my fillings with great care and precision . Highly recommended this place to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I had a wonderful visit today with Dr.Christopher Ng. I had a great exam and cleaning. He took the time to explain what he saw on my x-rays and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the thoroughness of my visit. I plan on referring him to my friends and family! L. Romeo
I used to love coming to this dentist until they texted me only a day before my scheduled appointment, that they no longer accept my insurance. And then they had the audacity to keep texting me reminders of my upcoming appointments after cancelling on me last minute. Very unprofessional and inconvenient for me.
