I had a great experience at United Family Dental in East Los Angeles, and I especially want to recognize Luz at the front desk. She is the best! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in process smooth, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel comfortable right away. Great customer service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Luz, for going above and beyond!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at United Family Dental Group on Whittier Boulevard. From start to finish, the environment and level of professionalism (which started with the X-Ray Tech) were rude, giving me instructions like I was no one (go over there) is what she said unacceptable. First and most concerning, I observed roach in the office, which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness, sanitation, and patient safety in a medical setting. My mother went last week. They had her open a care credit account to finance treatment that is covered with her insurance. Unbeknownst to her, they charged the entire treatment , she never signed any agreement and they didn’t give her any paperwork. I am very mad that someone tried to take advantage of my mother. It’s probably standard practice for these people to take advantage of the elderly. I will contact the office or and try to get this resolved. If it does, I will revise my review.
