I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the care my mother received at this clinic. She came in for a routine Botox treatment and left with a terrible reaction including severely droopy eyelids caused by injections placed in the wrong area. What made this experience even worse was the clinic’s complete lack of accountability. When we raised our concerns, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a proper corrective plan, they simply suggested MORE injections. That is not a solution that is negligence. I had a great experience at United Family Clinic with Dr. Ali Hijazi. I went in last Saturday needing stitches after a baseball accident, and they got me in right away. Everyone was extremely nice, professional, and helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Hijazi personally followed up with me the next day and then had me come back a couple of days later to take another look. He was very thorough and did an excellent job.
