zakia naz left all of her patients with no notice at all. we still cant get our nedical records. she was very wrong to do that
Lucina Clinic one in Muncie one in FORT Wayne most likely have to pay for Dr visit if got state insurance but can use for scripts 150.00 biweekly 300.00 monthly.
I wish I could give her a negative 100 star review for leaving all of her patients in the wind like this!! She could've at the very least written her patients one refill if she planned to screw us all like this! I have severe seizures when I am taken off my meds abruptly which she knows since I've seen her for the last five years now! I know she's seemed very stressed and not put together like she had been in previous years so I assume that has something to do with this. I thought Dr. Naz was a pretty good doctor, but she suddenly disappeared with no warning. I am not sure what happened. All I know is I called today and got an odd recording from an unknown person saying that she was no longer with the company??? So, now we are suddenly on our own, desperately hoping we can get refills for our regular medications??? Hoping we can all immediately find new doctors before our refills expire and hope we can somehow gain access to our medical records??? In all my years, this has never happened to ... read more
