This bank is a joke. They provide you with an activation phone number on the debit card to set up pin as well which is a lie, you call they go through a whole verification process w an operator then to tell you to call a different phone number during business hours to set up pin. lol how inconvenient and the bank operator was not helpful at all..her response was “is there anything else I call do for you??”?!!! Clearly not.

So this is like the 3rd time I've had to set up an automatic draft from my account to pay my loan through this bank. It's a really difficult concept for them to grasp.
