I came here to pick up a load and had a terrible experience. The shipping office staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The clerk had no knowledge of the shipment, paperwork, or the pickup schedule. To make matters worse, the loaders are extremely slow. They finished loading my truck right at the start of their lunch break. When I went to the office to collect the Bill of Lading (BOL), the office was completely empty. Been here since 9pm last night. It is now 2pm the next day and I'm still not loaded. No bathroom very little space to maneuver. No bathroom No nothing.
