This "business" sent an employee to my home without any prior communication after dark! This is absolutely an invasion of my privacy and extremely dangerous for your employees! The employee then posed as either a government official or a city employee there to run a "routine test" on my water quality. She asked for a sample of my tap water and as compensation for my time, offered a $20 gift card when the "technician" returned with my results. My experience with UDI has been extremely pleasant thus far. Everyone at the company is very professional and willing to help. If and when I have called customer *********************** they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The salesman AJ was knowledgeable and friendly. Very good water quality and savings in the pocket and good for the skin
UDI and their techs are awesome. They provided excellent customer ********************** and have been more than helpful throughout the entire process. From the initial meet, to the final installation and walkthrough, Emmy ****** and I have felt valued as customers. Definitely would recommend their water treatment services to others.
Very high quality water. You can clearly taste the difference in the water and it leaves the skin feeling very smooth after use. Definitely a money saver and a great product.
