Initially, everything was okay. They had fixed our roof and we paid. They promised us a 10 year warranty with their contract. Now, the area of the roof they helped fix is falling apart and we ask them to follow up on the contract and help repair it. The stone is peeling and the connection between the stone and the roof is loosening. There are new leaks now. It has not even been close to ten years.
