Tried to call them multiple times to discuss a property issue. Left messages and got no reply. Still have received no communication back several days later. Unprofessional. Customer service obviously isn't a priority.

UDGI has shown me that it is possible to be a part of a team that truly cares. They provide training for their team and provide us with the tools we need to succeed.
