My issue with United Dental Care is that they were egregiously late with my appointment. I arrived at 1:15 pm for my cleaning which was scheduled for 1:30 pm. Another patient was complaining about waiting a long time for his appointment, and I watched as patients who arrived later than me were taken to their appointment, but I was not pulled from the waiting room until 2:40 pm. The change since Dr. Patel leaving is glaring! Had been going there for years, untill today. I scheduled an emergency filling which the dentist refused to do. He instead insisted on a comprehensive evaluation. After having spent already 45 minutes on the phone with my insurance company in the receptionist area because they couldnt the verify my insurance, which is active, I requested the dentist perform the desired procedure. Had an appointment for 12pm it is so crowded that most people are waiting past 30 minutes to an hour for an appointment. Smh this is not bright choice dental but a hood ran mess
The front desk service is upstanding, the women are empathetic to issues/barriers. I need an emergency root canal they did their best to keep up with me and ensured it was painless as possible. Best dental office I could ask for!
