Received, received, redilivery, received, redilivery, received......just how many times can one package be received in the same building? I would attatch a screenshot of the "looping", but that function is not available on here. Worthless company. I will never use THEIR services MY business shipping needs.

Worst delivery service ever. Don’t use if you value your customers. They delivered my package to the wrong address. They never responded to my “issue “ report. Finally after three phone calls where they lied to me each time they said they would notify my vendor they were unable to deliver my package and I should call them. I wonder what lie they will tell Old Navy!

There customer service is 0 they don’t know respect at all waste your time here if you have delivery you have to ask them several times to unload your truck.

Their site said they recieved my package... guy came out it was not on his truck... waited a few days called waited weeks for a call back. Check again it says they returned it to sender... call again no record of my call...interesting. I call the shipper now they are sending me another one and now using FEDEX maybe this time I will get my package. Omg horrible. Also after reading reviews and being a FEDEX driver the normal spot to put a package is at the front door.... this shouldn't be a special instruction. Also stop thro... read more
