Tried to get gas twice and the pump wouldn’t let me get past the u drive screen
Had a horrible experience with an assist manager she was very very rude and tried to embarrass me as a customer who just had a question about their lottery machine not dispensing a 50 dollar ticket. Complaint has been sent to corporate. This was uncalled for and her customer service was none existent. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her and that should be her job!
This morning 7/6/2025, about 8am. Destiny did a fantastic job checking my purchase quickly and was sure that I got everything before I left. Destiny is an impeccable employee when it comes to customer satisfaction.
I love the coffee here. The problem is, they have a really nice creamer machine but there was nothing in either of them. I asked the clerk if they had any 1/2 and 1/2 and she replied no and that was all. I said something about having dairy in their name and they have no 1/2 and 1/2. All she said was we ain’t got any. Why have these machines if they are empty. They didn’t even have out of order signs on them.
