Dropped off my VTX1300c for some routine maintenance, installing my Avon Cobras and a concern about the dreaded wobble!!!! Could not have been happier about my interaction. Very knowledgeable and personable. Very honest and forward with clear price breakdowns. And the prices are great. I can and normally do all maintenance myself but... Why? So much easier this way. United makes it reasonable to buy my own time back. Ten stars if I could.
