Since I’ve joined Midland, every single encounter with the tellers and especially Justine, has been absolutely amazing!! Justine is so much help and so patient!! I feel tremendously safe at Midland!!
Very easy loan application. We received a call with in 24hrs and the loan was approved and check was ready for pick up soon after. No issues. Very thorough process and Midland was very easy to work with. In fact, We currently are in the process moving our regular banking over to Midland because the process was smooth.

I have been a member of this branch since before the merger and had great service when in Council Bluffs. The only time I ever had a withdraw from my account that wasn't recognized they immediately sent out a new card and helped minimize any other issues.
