I contacted stone about a piece of land for sale they had posted. I met with them that day and put a deposit down on the land. I paid out of pocket for the septic on the land to be inspected, I contacted stone realtor to inform them that they needed the septic dug up to be inspected. I waited for almost 60 days for the land to be dug up. Communication got where I barely could get a text or call back.
