Sandra and Elayne are not professionals. When using their services, I brought up a conflict of interest concern to Sandra as one of her employees managing my property knew my renter. I was made out to sound like a disrespectful person for bringing up the concern by Sandra and shooed off. Months later, I find out special privileges were given to my renter without me knowing. One example- not being informed they were served a pay or quit. Look elsewhere, property yourself and your property.

I bought a little piece of property (very low commission) but was still treated like I was important. Sandra walked me through every step, always answering my questions and dealing with my non stop calls. I cannot thank them enough for making my little dream come true. Thank you!!!!!

I think its who you get, is what kind of service you get in this office. There should be recordings of conversations to keep people liable. BEWARE OF SHALENE I got Shalene who I spoke to for 2 1/2 months about the property on Spanish Spur. I moved from Alaska to come to this property. I asked about the snow and the soil on the property. She told me there is barely any snow and if it does snow it would be gone by the end of the day. I called on the advice of another realtor to ask if they knew how I could find a real estate appraiser so we could value our property. We understand there is a fee ($1000-3000) and are prepared to pay it, but have not been able to find anyone. The woman accused me of being dishonest because she started trying to get all this info from me like we were listing with them.
