Todd went above and beyond to help us purchase the property. We were in town for only 24 hours and had an appointment with the listing realtor to see the lot. When we called shortly before the appointment to confirm with the realtor, he cancelled the appointment. We tried to reschedule for later in the day, but he couldn't guarantee that he could make it.
