Jim is first of all a wonderful person who also happens to be a fantastic realtor. We moved across the country and Jim was so helpful during the entire home finding and buying process. He takes time to understand your needs and wants. Is very calm, direct and matter of fact. I never want to move again, but if I do, we will be working with Jim Sellers.

Jim Sellers has been our realtor since 2007. We have bought and sold three properties with his help and have bought a fourth property with him. He is kind, patient, communicates clearly, stays on top of the details, and he advocates for our properties and our stated wishes. We did try another realtor once, and talked to others a few years back and these experiences confirmed Jim is the best. With the others, our stress level really increased during the process, but with Jim it has always been a calm process.
