I chose Tim for my realtor when I had to sell my mother-in-law’s house and property. I had no prior history in selling a house so I was clueless. Tim was such a great help to me as I came to the emotional place when I was ready to sell my Papaw’s land in Alto. He answered all my questions, explained possible scenarios to me, advised me about surveys, prices of properties near mine, condition of the market and land sales, interest rates, etc. He made me comfortable from the get-go and completely understood as I sat in his office crying and reminiscing about how much the land had meant to my family legacy.
