Jade Wells was the realtor our buyers used. Luckily we (the sellers) had a very professional, experienced and knowledgeable realtor that could pick up his slack. He let a contract closing date lapse with no additional addendum filed, and didn’t even notify us it wouldn’t close as scheduled. (We had to find out from the title company.) Ron Guess is an excellent realtor to work with if you are selling or buying a home. He was always very willing to work with myself, the lender, on any needs to keep his customer's deal moving!
