United Country Realtor and David Cannon provided our family with excellent service. From day one they were very good at keeping us informed about the entire process of selling our mom’s house as part of her estate. They helped us navigate the challenges of dealing with multiple siblings living in different locations around the country. It’s been a pleasure working with David and Easton. They made process go smoothly even though we had a few bumps along the way. I would highly recommend United.Country to anyone buying or sell... read more
Shelly Sapp is the best! She was so helpful finding this house, answering our many questions, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We have sold and now bought with her, and she just makes it easy. Shelly is a true joy to work with!
David Cannon was referred to us by our selling agent in TN. Ĥe was 100% involved and in constant communication for the entire process. At closing, he gave us a binder of all the important documents and blank sheet protector pages to add our color sample, vendors, user manuals, etc. This is our 5th home purchase across 3 different states, and David is the most attentive and responsive agent we've ever had! We would 100% recommend him for anyone buying or selling a home 🏡.
