I had a rental for 6 months with Prime Country real estate. During this period they failed to provide me with comfortable living conditions. It had an old minisplit that was too small. On cold winter days it was hard to get the room up to 55 degrees. The bathroom had black mold and I had to clean it myself because of their failure to address the mold in a timely manner. I had the carpet professionally cleaned and was charged 100 for failure to provide a receipt.
I rent both my home and my commercial space from prime country, and have for years, I can’t say enough how pleasant my experience has been while renting from them. Maddie is always so quick to respond to any concern, after hours or during business hours. They take care of their properties and their clients! 10/10 recommend.
