We had heard from at a trusted friend that Melissa was superb and experienced realtor. After a 2-hour initial meeting, we selected her and, despite some strange and unanticipated circumstances, she "toughed it out" and in the end, we sold our house. It is clear she is very busy, but she always replied to my texts/emails and helped us to resolve some serious issues. We appreciate the work she did on our behalf!
I would highly recommend working with Agent Michele Marino and her company United Country - Northern NM Real Estate. We recently sold a multi-acre mountain lot in Chama, owned by my parents trust. She helped us to list, photograph and find a good cash buyer. The transaction was easy as an out of state Seller and I appreciate Michele’s extensive experience in the region and all Michele did to make it go as smooth as possible. Thank you again Michele!

Chris has orchestrated everything I have needed from connecting me with an amazing House Inspector to the Title Company , Government Agencies, to the companies that will help service the house once occupied. I have never boug... read more
