John is a sellers agent. He will tell you he doesn’t work with buyers agents that he finds his own buyers. This is unethical & I think illegal. Only offers buyers agents very small commission. If you are a buyer I highly recommend having your own buyers agent to represent you. I went with John as duel agent & HIGHLY regret it. The seller did well & got everything he wanted, I did NOT. I found what I was looking for. I think, like is common with other real estate companies serving this area, that properties are overpriced. I'm not sure why. That's about all I can contribute at this.
