Buyer Beware! John Charles is nothing but a ‘snake oil salesman’! A wolf hiding behind the cloak of a Christian. He comes across as a sincere, god loving, genuine, honest person …til he gets what he wants- MONEY. John spoke very poorly of surrounding residents. We personally saw the TRUE side of John during our buying experience. He is vindictive and takes advantage of less fortunate church going people and, ultimately, talks them right out of their own property- only to flip it and make MONEY! John is a sellers agent. He will tell you he doesn’t work with buyers agents that he finds his own buyers. This is unethical & I think illegal. Only offers buyers agents very small commission. If you are a buyer I highly recommend having your own buyers agent to represent you. I went with John as duel agent & HIGHLY regret it. The seller did well & got everything he wanted, I did NOT. I was mislead smoke & mirrors all the way & have spent tens of thousands trying to manage unexpected projects, repairs. I can’t express enough... read more

I found what I was looking for. I think, like is common with other real estate companies serving this area, that properties are overpriced. I'm not sure why. That's about all I can contribute at this.
